Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your bouquet, we would be happy to assist. Please take a photo of the bouquet you received and email it to sales@bellesfleurs.ie along with your order ID within 24 hours of delivery. If your flowers arrive damaged or incorrect, we’ll arrange a suitable replacement or refund. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Cancellations by You
If you decide you no longer want your flowers, you can cancel the order up to 12 hours before the scheduled time of delivery or collection. Please call the shop on 01 822 2260 and we’ll process your refund. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be processed after delivery.
Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order if necessary. Should this occur, you will be notified by email and refunded in full.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll be happy to assist.
